Some Good News

I have gotten all of what had already written for the Christmas story.  So now all I need to do is wrap everything up.  I'm now hoping for a release sometime next week.

So No Real Good News

I won't be able to make the end of year deadline, I gave myself.  I'm still typing up the draft using Wattpad.  I'm about half way done, but sometimes my browser and/or the site doesn't like me and goes crazy.  So it takes longer to type.  Also, it takes me longer to type on my tablet than a PC.

I will get the last chapter ready asap.

Also, I have some other news.  I may not be releasing anything new until either I have my computer back or I can get access to one a bit better than I can now.

Some News About Christmas Story

Because of still no computer, I haven't been able to write as I normally would.  So I haven't begun to type up any of Chapter 4, but I started today.

Because I'm using my dad's computer to upload, I am typing the chapter up on Wattpad, but I am not releasing it until I can also do it on fan fiction.net.

I will say it's almost finished.  I'm going to do my best to get it up before the end of the year.

Sorry For Not Posting

I know I haven't posted since the beginng of the month, and I'm truly sorry.  I'll be releasing the first chapter of the Christmas story this Tuesday.  So not too long of a wait.

Finally Got The Christmas Story Finished

I finally got Chapter 3 finished.  So happy. 

I am going to start releasing the week of Thanksgiving with the first chapter of the Christmas story.  You guys are going to have a release a week for four weeks, including December's release of Nothing Is What It Seems.  Everything will be out before Christmas.  Does that feel like a good Christmas gift?

Finally Some Good News

I have finally finished the rough draft of the second chapter of the Christmas story.  Now I just have the finale to finish.

On some other news, about my weight loss.  I have reached my goal.  I'm now 119 lbs.  So now I'm working on getting used to maintaining instead of loosing.

Still Getting Everything Ready

Just A Crazy Thought & More

I know it's not even November yet, but I'm thinking of starting to play Christmas music.  There are times I'll start playing it a bit in the summer, but I didn't this year.  I have a few CDs I could play.  I'm hoping that the Christmas story will be three chapters.  That works for what I have planned.  I don't want this thing to get too long.  Oh, no.  Now that I've said it watch it grown.  Err. 

Not only do I need to get this story finished, I still need to edit next month's chapter.  It shouldn't take me too long to do. 

Right now my work schedule hasn't really changed, which is good cause I can get stuff written up for the next few months, but I know it's coming. 

As of right now, I've no decision on taking off January like I did this year.  I'm not planning on getting any new games for Christmas.  So I won't need time to do that.

I feel bad

Okay, so I have the first chapter of this year's Christmas story written, but the second chapter is being a pain.  I wasn't planning for this to be more than one chapter, but it seems to have a mind of its own.

I know I have about a month left, but as we know it will soon be crazy in retail land.  So I'm trying to get it done as soon as I can.

It's really the only thing I have left to finish.  It's that wonderful problem I have of where I know what I want, but can't get the words out.

Been A Busy Little Bee and Plans

I spent yesterday and some of today working on the Labyrinth Christmas story.  I'll give a little bit away.  It's looking like at least two parts.  I'm working on the second part now. 

I haven't chosen a release date for either part yet.  I haven't even decided when I'll be releasing the chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems each month.  I have decided that it will be within the first week of each month, at least.

I still need to edit the chapter for next month.  I'm not planning on doing a Thanksgiving story, but if I can I'll work on something so that there is two releases in November.

After Thanksgiving, my plans is simple.  I will try to write when I can, but I'm not making any promises here.

I Did Something Bad

So I did it again.  I was trying to just clean a few chapters I didn't need anymore on my tablet off, and I deleted them all.  Have no fear I have the Christmas story, part II to the Halloween story, and the next two chapters of Nothing Is What It Seems.  But I lost what I had of the next chapter for TGP.

I was able to find copies of most of the chapters I had written.  Thanks goodness I sent a copy to my email.

Update

I know I've said that I had gotten the second part of the Halloween done.  Well, I have gone back and rewrote it a bit.  I'm going to work on it this weekend to have it ready for a release next week. 

I still need to edit and look over the release for November.  I'm planning to release the chapters for Nothing Is What It Seems near the beginning of the month.  So I really need to get a move on.

Got December's Chapter finished

I've finally got Chapter 22 of Nothing Is What It Seems ready for editing.  It didn't take as long as some others cause of what and who was the focus.  I still need to get the Christmas story written. 

Then I'll get back to Nothing or the story on Wattpad.  Actually, I really should get back to TGP.  I know what I want to happen in the next chapter of that story, but the characters are being a bit difficult. 

Writing is going to slow down once the Holiday season really gets here, but I'll try to work on something.  I'll try not to play video games too much to relax.

Got A Chapter Down

Finally finished the rough draft of Chapter 21 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  So I'm planning to write Chapter 22 before I begin working on the second part of the Halloween story.  I may actually change the name of the story.  I haven't decided yet.

Like always if I get more written there will be more releases every month.  I still need to plan out and write the annual Christmas story.

Some News

I've finished the rough draft of the Halloween Laby story, but I can't decided to continue it or not.  So after I get the next chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems written, I'll edit what I have and post it on both sites.  I'll listen to you guys reviews about it first and then use that to help me decide.

Got Something For Next Month and Working On Something Else

Okay, so Chapter 20 of Nothing Is What It Seems's rough draft is finished.  I have to edit it and do a little more work, but it's ready for next month.  I've already started working on the Halloween story that for the first time will be posted on both sites.  I plan to release it closer to the end of the month.

Once I get it finished, I'll start working on November's release and this year's Christmas story.

Good News Guys

Okay so here's some good news.  I've finally gotten in the mood to write.  So no forcing.  That means I should be able to get stuff written faster, but that still means for the next few months I won't be releasing more than once a month.  There may be a few months that I release at most twice a month, but I won't promise it.

I'm in the middle of deciding how exactly I'm going to do this year's story.  I do just want it to be a one shot and a multiple chapter story.

Got Something to Release

So I forgot I had another Dragon Age one shot I hadn't released yet.  I'll get it out as soon as I can.

A Story Finished and News

I finally released the final chapter of Meeting The Family Part I.  I will write Part II at some point in time, but for now I'm going to work on my other stories.

Currently, I'm working on the second chapter of my Wattpad Laby story.  The title I have is a working one.    After that I think I'll work on a chapter for TGP.  I want to try and get a new chapter out soon.

I promise I'll return to Nothing Is What It Seems as soon as I can, but I want to try and get soemthing out for my other stories first.

Wonderful News

So I said I would update you guys on my computer problems.  Well, I have some wonderful news.  After cleaning the inside of my tower, my computer came back.  YEA!!!  I don't know what happened.  I wasn't in the room when it died.

It could have over heated.  Still no AC really.  I do my best to pump the air from the window unit in my room with a fan.

General Update For All Readers

First thing first, I've only got one more chapter to write for Meeting The Family.  I'm going to begin releasing them soon.  I don't have a schedule planned.  I will try to stretch them out. 

Secondly, after that I'll begin working on a new chapter for TGP.  I want to get at least one chapter out for it this month.

Thirdly, I promise to return to Nothing Is What It Seems.  I just want to work on other things at the moment.

Finally, either while working on TGP and before, I'll work on the next chapter of my Wattpad Labyrinth story.  I haven't forgotten it.

Just An Update

I thought I would let you guys know how Meeting The Family is coming along.  I've got one chapter finished, and I'm working on another.  It's almost finished.  I think after that I'll only have one more chapter to write.  I haven't decided when I'll start releasing the chapters.

Poor Hoggle

Ever wondered what happened to the Hoggle puppet, or should I say costume?  It's slightly sad to hear the news.  If they ever make a sequel or remake and what to use him, the Jim Henson Company would be required to re make the suit.  Why?  Hoggle, the suit at least, no longer belongs to the Company.  The reason is simple.  They left him behind, and someone bought him.  He's now in a store/museum in Scottsboro, AL, called Unclaimed Baggage Center.  One good thing is that he's no longer for sale.  Hoggle's not going anywhere unless the store closes.

So for me Hoggle's 90 minutes to two hours away from me.  Will I ever go up to see him?  I can't say, but I would like to one day.

August 2015 Plans

Things are going to change this month.  Some may not like it, but it's getting to be the busy time of year for me.  So the release schedule is changing.  I will no longer be releasing every week.  I doubt I'll go back to the once a month releases, but that may happen later in the year.  It all depends on what I can do.

I've been having trouble the last few weeks to reach the one release every week. What I'm planning for now is maybe every other week, so two updates a month.  I'll try not to do the same story twice in a month, but it might happen.

I can't say if tomorrow there will be a release or not, but I'm doing my best with the time I have.  I'm going to try and give ya'll something next week.

I'll post updates on wattpad for that site alone, but if it's for both I'll just write a single blog post.

Working on Meeting The Family

I'm in the middle of working on Meeting The Family.  I think it has maybe two chapters left.  I want to get it done before I start on anything else.  I so love it when I think a story is going to be short and ends up being way longer than planned.

Before I start working on any of my Labyrinth stories, I want to finish Meeting The Family first. So I'm going to finish the entire story before I work on anything else.  Although, I will write down any ideas I get for anything.

Introducing My New Story

I'm still working on the title.  I do have a list, but I can't decide on a final one.  Either way, here's the summary as of right now, but it may be changed slightly.  More than likely the title I put up on Sunday when I post the first chapter won't be the final one.

Summary: Princess Celinda wants nothing more to take control of her life and get out from under her mother's thumb. King Arawn wants only to be as good of a king as his late father. All of that changes when the High Court throws a ball. Things will change for both, and another story will gain one of its most important players, and it all started with a dance.

New Laby Story News

It may be a bit longer till I release the first chapter of my new Labyrinth fanfiction.  I also want to get maybe one more chapter written before I release the first chapter.  So it might actually be next week's release.

I really didn't want this to be part of the weekly releases but to be released as I work on it.  Of course, it's not looking like that. 

I haven't really worked on anything since Sunday, because I've been working and haven't felt like writing.  What I have been doing is reading some of my fave fanfictions.  Not the best, but I needed to relax a bit.


I'm still working on a title for the story.  I want to get the summary ready, too. 

Things may change by this weekend.  Who knows?

Next Week's Release

On Sunday, 7/12/15, I'll be releasing as of right now, one of the one shot I wrote for my Dragan Age series.  Chapter 18 of Nothing Is What It Seems isn't finished yet.  I need more time.  I've barely started on the next chapter of The Goblin Princess as well. 

I'll try to have something different next week.  I'm hoping to finish Chapter 18 on Saturday, but as of right now I need to make a decsion on what to give you guys.

July 2015 Goals

Delay?

There may be a delay in getting out the next chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems.  As I said in my post yesterday, I don't have much written.  I'm at a point, where I need to decide how I want to go with it.  I know what I want to happen, but I need to decided how best to get there.

So at the moment I'm working on a new one shot for my Dragon Age series.  I may just write up a few and have them filed away for when I need them.

Some Good News For Nothing Is What It Seems readers

I've finally started working on the next chapter.  You still have to wait two weeks until it'll be released, but at least I've finally started.  After that I don't know what I'll release.  I don't know at this time what I'll work on after I get Chapter 16 finished.

A Thought

I been thinking that since Meeting the Family is a fanfiction.net exclusive, that I would do something exclusively for Wattpad.com.  I don't have a any new stories plans at the moment, but this could happen.  It might be a while off, but it's just a thought.

June Release Schedule Update

As I said in the AN at the bottom of the latest chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems my planned release schedule has change a bit. 

Next week will be a new Dragon Age One shot.  It's about the length of a normal chapter for either Nothing Is What It Seems and Meeting The Family.  So it's like I'm giving ya'll a chapter. I'm planning the week after next to release the new chapter of The Goblin Princess, which I still need to do a few more things for. 

I'm in the the middle of working on the next chapter of Meeting The Family.  It'll be released before I release anything new of Nothing Is What It Seems. 

I promise I'll give you guys updates here.  I doubt many of you read everyone single one of my stories.

Important News

I have a chapter to be released this coming Sunday, June 7, 2015, but the next Sunday I may have a problem.  I'm working on two chapters, one for Meeting The Family and TGP.  I may have to do a one shot for that week.  I may start trying to write a few one shots to have in case I need them.

June 2015 Goals

Last month went fairly well.  So the plans for releases are one new chapter of The Goblin Princess and two releases for Nothing Is What It Seems.  Meeting The Family will only have one release this month, because of the release yesterday.  Things may change depending on what's going on with me.

I don't have a nice stack of chapters written.  So please bare with me as I try to get something out to you guys each week.  You guys may have to deal with one shots for a bit as I try to get a stack again.

I know I haven't done anything for Daily Dabble.  I am ending the series.  Mostly cause I have really been writing in a journal/blog or working on a chapter.  I rather spend the five minutes working on a chapter or writing in a journal/blog.

I'm doing a daily blog about my weight loss on the website I'm using to help me.  I'm not coping it here.  So have no worries about that.  I'll try to give you guys weekly updates if you guys want, when I release something new.  Don't worry I'm still going to write.

I'm So Happy

Finally.  Finally, Chapter 15 of Nothing Is What It Seems has been written.  I'm so happy.  It was being a pain, but I finally was able to get it down.  So now I'm off to work on the next chapter of TGP.  I'll work on it a bit, and then I'll start on the next chapter of Meeting The Family.

 

This Chapter Is Taking Forever

Chapter 15 of Nothing Is What It Seems is being a pain to write.  I know what I want, but I can't just get it out.  I hate when this happens.  I'm thinking I'll start on Chapter 11 of TGP.  At least, I can work on something.

Just A Little Update and Change of Plans

Daily Dabble is going to change slightly.  I won't post something here on my blog everyday.  Either I'll work on a chapter or write something here.  So it won't be so daily anymore, but I won't change the name of the series.

I'm in the middle of working on Chapter 15 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  Once that's done, I'm going to start on TGP's next chapter.  I'm trying to get all of June's chapters written this month, because June can become a crazy month for me.

Word

Words are so important.  Words convey so much that we take for granted.  Words are the world to some; mostly those who write.  Words feel are life with so much.  Sometimes we forget how important words are.  Sometimes the good words are forgot because of the bad ones.  Not cuss words, but words that hurt.

A word can change so much how a person reacts to you.  It can cause someone to hate you or dislike you, at least.

The cause of some problems.  It's not necessarily a bad, but it can cause pain.  It can be for change or beliefs, not just something more personal.  Passion is something we all need about something.  We've seen what passion for a cause can do, be it good or bad.  

We seem to admire those who do something with a passion, but sometimes we don't.

Worry

 Fear of what could be coming.  Fear of the unknown.  So many fears come from this word.  This one word causes so many problems.  It causes stress, which can cause so many problems for people.  Worrying is something someone does every once in a while, or it's a constant friend.  Worry is something some people fear in of itself. 

News About Releasees

As I said at the beginning of the month, I was trying to release new chapters of my three current stories once a week in order.  Well, I'm changing it a bit.  Nothing Is What It Seems and Meeting The Family will have new releases more often than The Goblin Princess, because I'm planning to release TGP only once a month.  Mostly because it's the big story and takes longer to write.

I have next week's release written.  I just need to edit it.  I'm working on the one after that at the moment.

I do have a plan some what for the next chapter of TGP.  It is after all the first chapter of the story that takes place in the Labyrinth.

I'll try to keep you all up to date on how things are going.

Daily Dabble - 5/10/15

Today's Photo

I didn't know what to make of what I was seeing.  I had never heard much less seen a black unicorn.  I had seen the Pegasus that was beside him before.  She was flying around him, seemingly trying to get his attention.  He would throw up his head, but he only stood at the edge of the cliff. 

Finally, she landed as close to him as she could.  He lowered his head slightly as she walked over to him.  Then to my surprise they nuzzled each other.  What was this?  Suddenly, a tiny little Pegasus came flying out of the forest beyond the cliff.  It stopped abruptly before going over the edge.  I soon realized something  that I could ever had imagine.  On the young Pegasus's head, was a small horn.

Today's Photo

They stood under the flowering tree, below a full moon.  Who were they?  Why were they there?  None knew.  They stood back to back of each other in silence.  All any one did know was they were someone of importance or at least one of them was.   They were dressed in fine clothing, which seemed out of place in the shabby village.  No one from the village dared go near them.  None wished to deal with those swords.

So they came and went as they wished, while the village watched and came up with its own tales about them.  Never knowing who they really were.

Today's Photo

What had this temple once represent?  Had it held priests or priestesses?  Was it visited daily or was it a pilgrimage?  Now it was not more than a ruin.  Should I walked up it's stairs and reach the temple's highest point? 

It felt calm near the bottom of the stairs.  The rest of the forest had been nosiy, but now it was silent.  I didn't like that.  Why was it so silent here?  What kept the bugs and animals away from the area?

Slowly I left the temple in the forest the way I found it.  I decided that since the forest kept it alone, I would as well.

 She had to flee.  She had no choice.  Either she stayed and lived a life she didn't want, or she left all she knew to try for something new.

 Sitring upon her horse at the edge of the river, she looked up at the full moon.  Soon they would notice, she was gone.  They would come fast as they could to stop her.

Hearing them coming, she urged her horse into the water.  She had to cross before they arrived.  They wouldn't follow after her.  As she reached the other bank, she turned as they guards appeared.

 She smiled as she urged her horse forwards.  She was free.

 It once stood so noble, full of life, but now the great castle stood in ruins.  How could this have happen?  He had only been gone a few years, not the decade like other lords.  What had happened to his keep?  Where was hid family?  The former lord hung his head before he remounted his horse and left.

Today's Photo

I slowly moved the branch out of my way to see the lake beyond.  I couldn't help but smile as I watched the two magnificent birds.  They looked like two normal swans to me, but I didn't know what they truly were until later.  The moon looked massive beind them.  It looked so close I felt I could touch it. 

The two swans swam side by side.  They looked so gracefully as they moved.  I almost wished I could capture them, but I knew that would fail.  So I stayed in my hdidng spot watching.

Suddenly, they took the air, looking just as gracefully as they had on the water.  It almost looked like they were rising into a light, but I knew that couldn't be true.  I moved the branch back and left that lovely lake, with only my memories to remind me.

One Down and Two to Go?

I've finished the rough draft of the next chapter of Meeting The Family.  Now I'm off to write the next chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems.  I may actually write two full chapters for each stories before I start writing on the next chapter for TGP. 

I'm debating what's going to happen in this chapter.  So having a bit of Writer's Block.  Although, I do know what I want to happen in TGP.  So I may go work on that.  At least, I got one chapter done.

Today's Photo

The Ice Dragon is something you truly don't want to come upon.  Especially if she has her young with her.  She is a fierce mother.  Unlike her fire breathing cousin, she will freeze you where you stand, instead of burning you into a crisp.

Ice Dragons prefer cold place, of course.  Mostly they live high into the mountains or at the poles.  They also prefer to stay away from their warmer cousin.  The two types of dragons do not mix.  They are enemies, if an animal can have one.

Ice Dragons are slightly harder to earn the trust of than a fire dragon.  While a fire dragon may let you closer if you bring it some type of trinket to add to its horde, an ice dragon requires more.  This is because an ice dragon does not have a horde.

I missed a day.  I had a different work schedule on the 1st so it threw me off.  I didn't remember until 3am today, which is why I'm posting today's now.

Today's Photo

 Riding high in the sky, we can see everything.  We see the river flow through the tiny village we once called home.  We see the farm lands that surround it in golden colors.  What we don't see is why we're leaving.  We no longer belong to that quiet little village.  Not after they discovered our secret.  We had to leave everything behind, including Mother and Father. 

They would use him, hurt him, or worse kill him.  We can't let that happen.  So here we are flying high above all we knew, to save our friend.  The world is not ready to learn that he or his kind exist in the world hidden most of the time. 

We should had never lead him to our home, but we didn't know.  Now we pay more than he does.  He's returning home, with us in tow.  We both refuse to cry as he flies higher into the clouds. 

We won't forget what we left, but we can't go back.  With him gone, they will no doubt come after us. 

May 2015 Goals

Another month has arrived.  Last month I got so much done.  I began doing weekly releases, which I do plan to continue this month.  I'm hoping to add The Goblin Princess into the mix with Nothing Is What It Seems and Meeting The Family.  I'll still write one shots every once in awhile.  Depends if I get an idea or not.

With the new release schedule, there will be one release for each story once a month.  For any other weeks after the three planned release weeks, I'll release something.  It may be another chapter of a story or an one shot.

Also, I'm continuing Daily Dabble.  Mostly, it just for me to write something random about something.  Feel free to submit ideas for the series.

Daily Dabble - 4/30/2015

Today's Photo

I walked along the brook.  All was silent around me.  I could only hear the sound of the water as it rushed over the rocks.  I came upon the edge of the woods.  I slowly emerged and froze in place.  Standing near the edge of a cliff, stood the majestic beast.  A unicorn.  It stood gazing out over the land below, framing the massive moon behind it.

I stood still in shock.  Would it attack?  Would it flee?  I knew not.  I stayed still and watched.  It turned it's head slightly as to look behind, for a moment, but did nothing else.  It just stood and watch, as did I.  We both remained there at the edge until the unicorn slowly walked away.  Paying no mind to me.  Soon I followed its lead and left the cliff, following the brook back.

Today's Photo

Two sisters on the opposite side of power.  One is light, the other dark.  One controls the weather, causing snow to fall.  The dark sister commands the animals.  They sit opposite each other, but not warring.  Although, they are different they work together.  What is odd is that their symbols don't go with their personality.  The light sister has a crescent moon, while her sister has a full moon.  Did something happen and the two sister switch roles at some point?  Who's to know.  No one can asked them as they float high above in the sky.  The sisters watch over and help whom they wish, but what does that help cost to the person they helped?

Today's Picture

Busy streets.  Mules, oxen, and horses pulling wagons through the streets.  The old lady yelling out her prices for some fruit from her farm outside the city.  People bowing as some noble walks the streets.  The Queen and King sitting in their thrones as they greet far away dignitaries.  Children running along the streets, barely missing the busy traffic. 

The mountains help to keep the city cool in its valley.  Miners digging into the mountains finding new ores to big up. 

Daily Dabble- 4/27/2015

April 27, 2011

Storms rolling in.  Lives lost.  Darkness covered the state of Alabama.  People helping each other.  People fighting to get to each other.  Homes became rumble.  This day left a scar on the state, but it's slowly recovering.  Nature has grown and cover what it can, while man has rebuilt cities.

The world turned dark, but we over came it.  No matter what team we cheer for come the fall, we all come together to help each other.  Mother nature may take what she wishes, but we will always stay strong.  At least, now we all pay more attention to the weather, because of that day.

I want to explain this dabble.  If you don't know.  On April 27, 2011, Alabama was hit with multiple tornadoes.  A lot of lives were lost.  We had a F5 that came basically from the Mississippi state line to Birmingham.  I was two  miles away from it when it came through.  We're still rebuilding, but there are places you can't even tell it came through now.  Of course, there are places you can see the damage, but that's trees along the interstate.

Daily Dabble - 4/26/2015

 Since this is the first post, let me explain the idea behind this.  The idea is to find something, be it a word, video, or picture to write about.  So here's the first one of the new series.  I'll always post a link or the actual thing as best I can so you can see what I'm talking about.  I should warn you that some times they won't make complete sense.

Spring

Birds returning to nest.  Birds flocking in the trees.  Birds singing in the trees.  Squirrels running around once again.  Animals waking up from their "long winter nap. (1)"  The grass is becoming green.  The trees are slowly returning to life.  Flowers begin to push their way up through the warming dirt.

Rain pours down.  Rivers overflow.  Winds blow.  Homes lost.  Lives lost.  Spring isn't always sunshine and rainbows.  It also brings with it storms that cause so much damage to the earth and us, but we rebuild as does nature.  It is all part of life in the South.  Well, the entire United States.

A Semi-Sneak Peek

So as I have said I completely rewrote Chapter 10 of The Goblin Princess.  To celebrate that I actually have the chapter ready to release, I thought I would let you guys see the original idea for the chapter.

Possibly a New Series

Okay so starting next week, I am now going to have a daily goal for myself.  Now why am I telling you guys this?  I'm telling you guys about this because it has to do with writing.

Starting this Sunday, April 26, 2015; I am going to make myself write something for about five minutes a day.  Well, at least five minutes.  It'll either be a chapter for any of my current stories or something else.

I may actually post them, if you guys like.  I would post them here and not on fanfiction.net and/or wattpad.com.  Unless of course, it's part of a chapter or if I think it might be a good idea for a future story.  Sorry, I can't let you guys see everything.

Mostly it would be an exercise to the jucies flowing and hopefully get me more in the writing mood.  

TGP News

So I'm working finally on Chapter 10 of The Goblin Princess.  The last few chapters have gotten to be about five pages, but I'm not going to force myself to write that much.  I think  that was my problem.  I was forcing it.  So no more forcing.  I'll let it end where I feel it should.

Chapter 10 is also the chapter where quite a bit happens to help get Veena to the Labyrinth.  Yes, the Sorceress told her she has to go back, but something has to make her go back.

Hopefully, I'll get it finished soon.  I do have the next two weeks' planned chapters written.  That gives me some time before I have to start working on a new chapter.  If I get this thing finished before then, it will be one of the releases for a week.

Editing Away and Some news

Some good news guys.  So I have two chapters finished.  I have a chapter for both Nothing Is What It Seems and Meeting The Family written.  I can't promise I'll release them both next week, but I'm going to edit them at the same time.  Mostly, I'll have a few chapters ready to go if things get bad.

Because I have two chapters written, I'm going to try and focus more on Chapter 10 of TGP this coming week.  I'm going to go over my notes and see where I want it to go.  So it may well be returning.

Weekly Update

Next week's chapter's rough draft is finished.  I just need to edit it.  Right now I haven't chosen a set day to release on each week.  Mostly, because it may take longer some weeks to get a chapter written than others.

I'm going to try and work on TGP a bit as well as start the next chapter of Meeting The Family.  

 

New Goal Might Be In Trouble

So my semi-wonderful idea of trying to release something new once a week, might not last long.  I have two chapters written up, next week's and the week after that.  I have started on a chapter, but I doubt I'll have it finished.  I may start on another for the other story.

I don't have a planned schedule.  So my goal is to release something once a week, or every other week.  I won't force chapters.  They never come out good if I do.

I may do some one shot, but I'm not going to force them.

I'm going to do my best to keep up the goal of one chapter week   Next week I'll release a new chapter for Meeting The Family.  I don't know what day it will be released on, but it will be released.

What to Work on Next?

So I finally released a new chapter for Nothing Is What It Seems.  Now I need to work on something else for a bit.  Don't worry Chapter 12 is still waiting to be edited, but I want to get another chapter written before I start on that.

Doing A Little Dance

Good news guys.  I finally finished the rough draft of Chapter 2 of Meeting The Family.  This  means of course, I will start editing Chapter 11 of Nothing Is What It Seems.

I can't say for sure when it will be out, but I'll try to get it out this week.

I may try for a new chapter for something once a week.  What do you guys think about that?

Hopes for April 2015

This month I hope to get a new chapter out for quite a few stories.  I working on the second chapter of Meeting The Family.  I do promise to get out a new chapter for Nothing Is What It Seems soon, but I won't be editing until I have something else written.

At the moment, things are still a bit crazy for me, but I'm trying to write something, like I said above.  Mostly I'm writing after work and before bed, which can be from an hour or two.  If I can I do try to write on my off days, but not always.

So here's the goals for this month.

• Release a new chapter for Nothing Is What It Seems.
• Release a new chapter for Meeting The Family.
• Work on TGP.

Not much, but hopefully I can get it done.

Release News

First off, I've finished the rough draft of Chapter 12 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  (Yeah.)  

Secondly, so like I said once I got it finished I would release something new.  I'm going to release Chapter 9 of The Goblin Princess.  Now here me.  I still  need to edit Chapters 11 and 12.  So give me some time.  Also, I want to get another chapter out of my DA:  I series.

I'll get them out as soon as I can.

More Spring Cleaning

Another day spring cleaning.  Still have more to do.  It's not too late, so I might do a bit more before bed tonight.

Chapter 12 of Nothing Is  What It Seems is about half a page long.  I'm still working on it.  I will say the next ball is a bit off.  It's a big deal so of course Jareth wants it to be perfect.  

I debating also on how I want this story to end.  I could end it exactly like the fairy tale or something different.  I won't say which way I'm leaning towards.  

Of course, that's a way off, but not that far off.

So how about a treat.  I nice little treat only to those who read my blog.

Jareth sat at his desk. Before him laid the employment documents for the Cat Goblin from the Kitchens. They hadn't been as enlightening as he had hoped. Well maybe they were.

Surprise!

I've released the latest chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems.  My beta hasn't looked at it.  I did a self edit.  Hopefully, I caught everything.  So enjoy.  I want to hold off on giving you guys anymore until I get Chapter 12 finished.  I'm still working on it, have no fear.

Almost hate myself

I haven't really work on anything in a few days.  Mostly cause after work I've been really tried.  I'm starting to think it really is the time change and the weather. It's been rainy all the last week.  At least, today is supposed to be nice.  Of course, I'm planning to continue the spring cleaning I was working on.  I'm going to do a bit a day now that I have the stuff I needed.

I haven't heard anything from my beta.  So I may do another self look over and get out another chapter to you guys soon.

Still Working/News

I'm still working on Chapter 12 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  It's being done a bit at a time.  Mostly I'm writing after work till my bed time, which isn't that much.

I'll start on the second chapter of Meeting The Family as soon as I get Chapter 12 done.

Been enjoying the warmer weather by writing.  It doesn't help that is being rainy this week.  Hard to to believe that last month we had ice and snow.  Of course, that can change.  The Blizzard of 1993 proved that.  

Stay warm, if need be, and stay safe.  Spring isn't too far away.

Tired, but working on someting

So I'm beginning to work on Chapter 12 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  I mean really work on it while trying to not fall asleep

The time change isn't so much the problem as other things.  It's not like I go anywhere.  I just stay up late working on stuff for you guys mostly.

Anyway, I released Chapter 9 of Nothing Is What It Seems today.  My beta hasn't looked at it.  I can't say when Chapter 10 will be out.  I may do something a big different than a sneak peek.

I've been doing a bit of spring cleaning, but nothing too much.  I need to get a few things to finish.

Taking Longer Than Planned

I've been working on a new one shot for The Stories of Avalyn Hawke and Fenris.  The one I mentioned I'm trying to do something a bit different with.  Normally, a one shot doesn't take me too long to write, but this one is being a bit tough to get down.  It's one of those I know what I want to happen, but it's hard to get it down.  I'm not forcing it of course.

I haven't worked at all on my new Dragon Age Inquisition story.  I do have a rough draft for the first chapter, but I want to finish the entire thing before I begin posting it.  I'm not having my beta look at it so it hopefully won't take long to get out.

I'm not playing much of Dragon Age Inqustion at the moment.  I'm mostly writing.  So hopefully I can get some more ready for you guys.

I have written up to Chapter 11 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  My beta is just really busy at the moment.  I will be giving you guys a sneak peek in a few days though.

New Series

My spectacular readers,

I'm about to begin a new series. I have three chapters written for Nothing is What It Seems, so don't worry about that. I'm starting a short Dragon Age Inquisition series. I'm still working on The Goblin Princess.

Mostly this so I can update something for you guys, it's not Labyrinth, but it's something.  I'm not planning to begin updating it until I have it finished.  I don't even have a name for it.  I only have the first chapter written at the moment.

Just An Update

This is just a nice little update. I've finished the first draft of Chapter 11 of Nothing Is What It Seems. I'll post Chapter 9 as soon as I can. My beta's busy.

I may begin working on Chapter 12 or do a bit more work on The Goblin Princess's latest chapter. I have an idea what I what to happen in the chapter to set up something that's coming up. Of course, I could do my idea for a Dragon Age Inquisition story.

News About Valentine's

Sorry guys no Valentine's story this year.  It's not because I don't want to, but I doubt greatly I'll be able to get one ready in time.   I'm working on stuff for Nothing Is What It Seems and The Goblin Princess.

 So enjoy the new releases this month.  If I get more written, I will do more releases, but it depends on my beta really.  If I have to, I'll do a self edit to get it out.

Plans for February 2015

This month begins my return to giving you guys new chapters of Nothing Is What It Seems.  I've put The Goblin Princess on semi-hold.  I won't force the story to come out.  I'm thinking I'm going to rewrite what I have for the most recent chapter I've been working on.  I do have one chapter sent off to my beta at the moment, but I'm in no hurry to get it up and running.

Nothing Is What It Seems returns on the 11th of this month.  I'm planning a second Wednesday of the month release. 

I already have next month's chapter written for Nothing Is What It Seems as well.  My beta's looking at it at the moment.

I can't promise a Valentine's story this year.  If there is it'll be short and not betaed.  I can't say for sure if it would be a Laby story or not.

I am running through ideas for some new Dragon Age stories.  It would be short of course.  

There may be at least one sneak peek this month.  I may show you guys the version of the current chapter of TGP I've been working on.

I'm Writing Again

My spectacular readers,

 I have begun writing Chapter 10 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  I have also finished my first playthrough of Dragon Age Inquisition.  I've started on my second one.  I highly recommend it for anyone who loves the series.  It's way better than the last game, but it does have some bad points.  I won't go into that here.

I do have some new ideas for stories, thanks to the game.  I don't plan to make a huge story.  Maybe some one shots.

Good News

My wonderful readers, 

Nothing Is What It Seems will continue next month.  I working on the finishing touches of the next chapter.  I will make this story the focus for a bit.

The Goblin Princess isn't coming along as well as I had hoped.  I have one chapter written and maybe half a page of another.  

So at least one of my stories will continue at the moment.

I'm almost finished with my first playthrough of Dragon Age Inquisition.  So I'll soon start on my second one, but I'll try to get a few more chapters written.

I haven't kept it up

This month I was supposed to work on getting two chapters for each of my big stories written.  I have three out of the four done.  I knew this would happen.  Dragon Age Inquisition has gotten me.  As can been seen with my first release for this year.  It may very well begin a new one shot series.

I will say this.  I am thinking of writing a bit more once I get through my first play through.

Don't worry, I'll give you guys something.  It may not be one of my big stories, but it'll be something.

Torn In Two

Okay, so I am working on Chapter 10 of The Goblin Princess, and I got a new game for Christmas.  I want to play it, but I also want to get this chapter written.  Now it won't be uploaded until March, but I want it done so I don't have to worry for about updating for awhile.

Because of the game, I may do more Dragon Age stories, since it is Dragon Age Inquisition.  I've played a bit, but I'm not too far into it.

I am planning to begin updating again next month for sure.

Goals For 2015

A new year is here.  Well, yeah, it's January 1st.  So here's my goals for the coming year.

• Finish Nothing Is What It Seems.
• Finish The Goblin Princess.
• Begin Book 2 of the TGP series.

Not much, but I really want to start on the second book. 

 More than likely I will begin a new Labyrinth story once I finish Nothing Is What It Seems.  I have a few ideas that I had come up with before starting Nothing Is What It Seems.  I just have to decide on a final one.
