Starting Something New

Have no fear I'm still working on Nothing Is What It Seems.  Remember back when I did daily dabbles?  Well, I'm not going to start that up again exactly.  Instead I am going to start writing something every day for at least 15 minutes.  The idea is that I just write something everyday.  I'm fairly sure I can take 15 minutes out of a day to write.  Of course, there will be days where I write for longer than that.

Also, I "bought" a lot of free kindle books to help with writing.  I also got a few that gives you prompts to help with writer's block.  So hopefully, they help.

Wasn't Planning This

I wasn't planning to have so many chapters out this week.  I can't promise that there will be another chapter this week beyond Chapter 39.  The reason I've been posting so much is that they didn't have me scheduled that much this week. 

So I've been writing.  I can't say what next week will bring.

Rough Draft Done Now To Second Draft

Well, I'm now typing up Chapter 37 of Nothing Is What It Seems.  It will be longer than Chapter 36.  It's rough draft is three pages longer, but of course, can't say how many pages typed that will be.

About my Facebook page, I'll post some updates there, but major news will continue to be here.  Now I will share vids and photos there.  So if you want to take a look at it go ahead.  It's not the greatest yet, but I'm working on it.

Very Sad News

If you see, then great.  We got some horrible news about my dad.  The cancer has spread to his hip.  They won't even atempt surgery.  It too far along.  So now we wait.  That horrible wait.

I can't say when something new will go up even though I have some things ready.

Please forgive as you can understand I'm dealing with alot.

It Has Happened Again

I'm in the middle of writing up Chapter 24 of TGP, and well, I'm now going to completely rewrite what what I have.  Mostly, I don't like the way it was going.  So I'll come up with a better idea and work on the chapter.

Still no news on when Nothing Is What It Seems will be updated.

Bowie's Birthday

As all of us, Labyrinth fans know or should, today's David Bowie's birthday.  In a few days marks the first anniversary of his death.  Now Chapter 36of Nothing Is What It Seems's rough draft is ready.  I just need to type and edit it.  Well, not entirely ready.  See I've hit a bit of writer's block, but in a good way.  I'm trying to decided as all who have been reading know, who is the traitor who helped the Enemy Army into the Labyrinth.  I have a small list of ideas, but I haven't settled on one just yet.  That's one of the reasons I'm trying to work on TGP.

Another reason I'm working on TGP is that I really want to get it finished this year.  That way I can begin working on the second book in the series.

Just To Let Ya'll Know What's Going On

I figured I would update ya'll on things.  First, Chapter 36 of Nothing Is What Seems's  rough draft is finished.  So yeah!  Things are looking up.  I'm not going to rush off and start on the editing.

Now the second big thing is, before I start the editing of Chapter 36, I want to start on the next chapter of TGP.  So I can't say when anything will go out.  I'll do my best to get something out this month.  I do want to try to get out a Valentine's story next month.  So I need to get a move on.

P.S.  We finally know what's wrong with my dad.  They found a mass on one of his kidneys.  They are talking surgery and possible chemo.  That's all we know at this time.

My Hopes For January 2017

My biggest hope is to get at least one chapter out.  I can't say which story it will be for, but it will be one of the two.  I am working on the next chapter of Nothing Is What It Seems, but I can't say when it'll be finished or if it will be the one that goes up this month.
